Can't say enough about the awesome service dept. that have there!! After multiple attempts from another dealership McFarland's dug into my vehicle and fixed the problem right!!!
My salesmen Chris was very helpful in helping me choose the right vehicle for the right price! He and McFarland Chevrolet bent over backwards to make my customer service experience totally enjoyable. I highly recommend him and this dealership.
My daughter and her husband recently purchased a 2018 Hyundai Sonata. They had only driven car a little less than 2000 miles and checked the oil in it when they where getting ready to go on a trip out of town and found that it was not even showing on the dip stick anymore! The car did come with an after market warranty that has proven to be completely worthless as the warranty company wants my daughter to cover the cost of a complete engine tear down to “pin point” the cause of the oil consumption. My husband and I decided to give Mcfarland our business while buying our first car off a lot.. I’m making this review PRAYING to save anyone else from ever buying from these people. We bought our car with 95,357 miles on August 18th. They provided a THIRD PARTY 3 month, 3,000 mile warranty. Before we even reached 2,000 miles of that 3,000 the dipstick in the oil was BONE DRY. UPDATE: They've reached out to me after posting this review and are now offering to pay for half of the repair just for me to remove this review. They don't care about customer satisfaction, they purely care about profit. Horrible experience! Bought a truck with 30,925 miles on it from them, it now has 31,486 miles on it and the transmission has condensation in the transmission fluid causing it to slip shaking the truck so violently that it pushes me into other lanes. I just got my car in march, before i bought the car i asked repeatedly if anything was wrong with it, they said no. I have only made one payment on the car and it crapped out. I take it back to them to fix it and instead of doing everything possible to find the problem they say we can’t find anything wrong. What? Like the engine light doesn’t come on for no reason!! Not happy! I traded in a 2013 Chevy equinox for a 2023 Chevy blazer. I did not get any money at all for my vehicle. They told me I was getting $1000 for my old vehicle but when I got home and looked at the paperwork they only gave me $ 100 for it but then they increased the price of the vehicle by (guess how much?) $ 100!!!!!
