Not happy! I traded in a 2013 Chevy equinox for a 2023 Chevy blazer. I did not get any money at all for my vehicle. They told me I was getting $1000 for my old vehicle but when I got home and looked at the paperwork they only gave me $ 100 for it but then they increased the price of the vehicle by (guess how much?) $ 100!!!!! So, I got nothing for my car. Mind you it is a 2013 with high miles on it but it still runs. I drove it every day and I would never give it to them! I could have sold it and got something out of it. WOW totally disappointed in the service dept of McFarlands this is Darryl By the way since I can’t post on the page
Service department would not honor a warrantee..still had 10 months and 8k miles before it ran out..insisted I did not have a warrantee..want back to where it was purchased..a call to another Chevy dealership was made and they will honor my warrantee..why just why did I have to be put thru all the stress ..it was all in the computer..
Wasted my time. Don’t trade your vehicle in here, they will lowball you. Make the drive up to cheaps Chevrolet for the best deal! They offered me $17,000 more for my trade in
I got a tahoe there it didn't have a 2nd key so they said they would order one. finally got the message saying its in. got a appointment to get it programed they just gave me the beeper not the key. called told them they said to come back Monday-friday anytime they would get the key. go in kn Monday just for them to tell me that they didn't have the person who programs it in today 😡🤬
