My experience was very positive. The installer, Robert Fuentes, was very experienced and knowledgeable. He was very polite and he answered all our questions completely. He completed the installation with a period of about an hour. He ensured that all our devices worked with the Hughesnet installation. He was personable and a great guy to talk to. All told, the experience was first rate.

Jesus was courteous, carefully followed covid guidelines and set up our satellite internet service. He answered our questions and made recommendations for having good service throughout our new home. We were pleased with the work he did.
