The installer was great, however, he didn't receive information on how I wanted the dish installed. I placed an order with your company dispatcher and I specifically asked for the satallite dish to be mounted on a pole and into the ground. The installer did not receive that order.

It was a good experience the only thing is I would have preferred the line to have gone through the house not outside .
