Christina was a breath of fresh air to work with! We were moving to Savannah from Florida and Christina was the only agent we talked to that thoroughly knew the areas we wanted to look at. We looked at 22 houses in 2 days and ended up going under a contract on a house that she went out of her way to gave us a FaceTime tour on. I tried listing with another agent before I reached out to Tracie. My home was on the market for 5 months and I did not receive one offer. Within a week of signing with Tracie, we were under contract to sell our home. The buyer then had an issue with his/her job and had to back out. We were under contract with another buyer in about a week again. Honestly, selling my home had about as many issues arise as possible. Taen walked me through the process of buying a home for the first time, was readily available for questions and quick to deal with situations as they arose, checked on things personally and went above and beyond to help, even bringing jumper cables from home when I couldn't start my car at our first showing. He and his firm handled the major lifting with the negotiations and the people he recommended were great as well.

My fiancée has always house searched even before we were serious about buying a house. Apparently one listing she inquired about was through McIntosh Realty and shortly after looking at the house just for fun, I am contacted by Aj Wolfe. Tiffany was awesome guiding my fiance and I through the sale of our first house. In spite of COVID she made sure our house was marketed at the tops of lists and assisted contract negotiations and repair references.
