Allen worked with us over several months. His patience was exceptional in showing us all of the houses we were interested in. He worked with us on making several offers and eventually called and suggested a home which had just listed. We looked at the house based on his recommendation and made an offer immediately. I cannot say enough about his knowledge of the area, especially the island areas. Allen made himself available at every call. When we buy again, we will call Allen.
Tracie was a delight to work with! She is friendly, knowledgeable in all aspects and very responsive. She made my first time home-buying experience a breeze.

When I met Christina McIntosh for the first time, she said to me that she and her team WOULD sell my deceased sister's house, NOT could but WOULD sell the house.
