Great as usual
Extremely high quality professional service I had a crown appointment and was seen in a timely manner. I was offered water to hydrate as soon as I completed the check-in process. Upon completion of crown impressions , next appointment was set up and payment made. From start to finish great service
High quality service I was very pleased with my visit today. Everyone was kind and cheerful and polite. I appreciated the time that Dr. Ballard and his assistant took to listen to my dental problems and try to help me.
Great Care and Respect I had a more complicated procedure done today with Dr. McArtor and I was nervous at the start. I am always treated with respect and care at this office and Dr. McArtor is gentle and does excellent work.

First, I never have to wait. If my appointment is at 2 p.m., I am in at 2 p.m. This means a lot to me. Cathy cleaned my teeth today and as always, she is personable, efficient, and knows what she is doing. I always enjoy my time with her. Dr. Ballard is beyond "nice" -- he is always friendly, caring, and a top-notch professional. He has been my dentist for almost 20 years and I am very blessed to know him.
Dr. McCarter and the rest of the staff are always punctual, friendly and professional. I have been going here for years and recommend them to everyone.
Absolute Best! Most important, Dr. Ballard is the most pain-free dentist I have ever seen or heard of. He and his staff genuinely care about patient comfort and well being. He is also an artist when it comes to bridgework - amazing fit and look. Laura, his assistant, and Cathy, his hygienist, are both top top shelf! Love, Love, Love! Everyone who I see at the office are the best. You could not visit another dentist office that is so professional, friendly, helpful, caring and so enjoyable to be with. My kids even like to go to the dentist. I am so thankful for their wonderful and quality service.
