Another not-cheap repair but it was an elusive problem, fuel gauge stopped working. They got it repaired though, appreciate greatly the effort to diagnose and fix; thanks to Caleb our service advisor!

The service on this visit was handled by the service manager due to things overlooked in 2 prior visits for AC repairs. I received a loaner car which helped my family immensely while my car was being repaired. A young man in your valet service was extremely helpful in pointing out all the details of the loaner car - his name is Will. I was treated as a valued customer in all that Rob Barth did to make sure the AC was repaired correctly. during this visit. The service was great and the staff is wonderful. The only negative is that they charge a surcharge to use a credit card. Glad I have a check book.

The service was very good. The only problem was it took 2 and 1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation.
