They didn't say anything about the window regulator needing to be fixed. A 2017 BMW with an issue should not happen. It was raining when I purchased the vehicle and 2 days after, so no I didn't put the window down until the sun was out. I live 2 hours away so then asking if I can stop in shows they do not connect with their customers. Waiting to get the window fixed.
