Took in for replacement of a O2 sensor and was reportedly called saying other more expensive repairs were needed. Found our Chevy dealer was able to get part of repairs covered by the manufacturer that this dealer didn't try to look into and only lowered their price when WE brought it to their attention. Their staff is friendly, but the experience and optics of dealing with a female bringing the car in for a simple repair were less than ideal.
