I was looking for a dealership for the service on my new 2020 Dinali 2500 HD. The dealership that I bought my truck from, Donague GMC, is a dealership i will never visit or recommend because of their service department. I was completely satisfied with the service performed at McKinney GMC. You’re staff was friendly and courteous. I Believe the young man that helped me was JR. Kudos to a job well done!
Very good attention, employed a great team approach with a broad range of participants. Move the process along quickly. I felt they were honest and straightforward in dealing with me.
My visit was to the Service department for oil change and tire rotation. Upon arrival two of the three lanes into the check in were full and third was blocked by an empty car. When the staff saw me parked and waiting.. Came out and checked me in. From the purchase of my vehicle to the service of my vehicle.. I have nothing but high praise for the dearlership and the entire staff and will always will recommend them for any and all your needs.
