I had major damage to my company fleet truck cable system due to a rodent chewing up several locations. Mike at the McKinney dealership was an excellent communicator and kept me in the loop almost daily including weekend days. The work was completed sooner than estimated and the staff worked to get me back on the road.

Clean place,friendly employees,safe environment, and good selections of vehicles. I had a very friendly knowledgeable sales person and team help me when I purchased my vehicle.
This was my first visit for service at this location in McKinney. I was not impressed. There was such a strong sickening chemical smell in the waiting area I was nauseated. I came in with my own headlight bulb to have it replaced and was there for over two hours. For the traffic coming through that is unacceptable.
Excellent service, easily-made appointments, and work completed cleanly and timely. Junior was very helpful and kept me informed while I waited for the car to be done. Very nice waiting, with plenty of snacks and drinks available.
