We would highly recommend the McMichael team to anyone looking to buy and/or sell their home. Our home was listed on a Tuesday and by Friday of that week there was a contract on it! They were there every step of the way to explain the process of the sale as well as the steps in the purchase of our new home. They were very knowledgeable, professional and dedicated throughout the process.

I used the McMichael Realty Team to buy my first home. They were available whenever I needed them. I could always reach them with questions. They took care of everything. I did not have to do a lot. We found our dream home! They were there to help us every step of the way. Kristina is highly skills at selling new construction and we benefitted from her keen eye for detail. We met at the house each week while it was being built just to check and make sure we were on the right track. She was easy to reach and even met us at 7:00 on Friday nights! We were trying to sell our house "for sale by owner" when we met the McMichael Realty Team. Scott first approached us followed by Kristina. They were always responsive to our calls and questions.
