I live in the Holts Summit area and owned a property in Jefferson City, so I was familiar with McMichael Realty. I noticed on commercials that McMichael Realty was selling property in Jefferson City. I called them because I value the family owned team concept. The marketing/exposure of my property was excellent. Any buyer looking would have come into contact with my property. In the end, I agreed to a contract that I was happy with, and the property sold. I appreciate the hands on relationship with the McMichael Team.

McMichael Realty listed my home with a lot of care. They took the time explain the process and gave me some effective recommendations on some minor changes that could be made to improve the appeal. I made the changes and they came back and took pictures. Wow... The pictures of my house look awesome. I am moving from my house knowing that the marketing is in good hands...... Fist of all I was impressed when I called in for 99% of the time I got a live person. Kristina was very accommodating always willing to show all the homes I was interested in. Believe me I had a long list. We found the home of our dreams and I would whole heartedly recommend Kristina.
