McMichael Realty can really sell quickly. We were very pleased to find such top notch Realtors in the Jefferson City Area. We have used them on several transactions and would certainly use them again...they're on top of it!

I live in the Holts Summit area and owned a property in Jefferson City, so I was familiar with McMichael Realty. I noticed on commercials that McMichael Realty was selling property in Jefferson City. I called them because I value the family owned team concept. The marketing/exposure of my property was excellent. Any buyer looking would have come into contact with my property. In the end, I agreed to a contract that I was happy with, and the property sold. I appreciate the hands on relationship with the McMichael Team.

McMichael Realty listed my home with a lot of care. They took the time explain the process and gave me some effective recommendations on some minor changes that could be made to improve the appeal. I made the changes and they came back and took pictures. Wow... The pictures of my house look awesome. I am moving from my house knowing that the marketing is in good hands......
