Brandon Brasher!!! Excellent!! 6 stars!! Arrived promptly, quickly diagnosed the problem, FIXED the problem in less than 10 min and our AC is working beautifully!!! The technician Gerardo was very nice and thorough. He provided wonderful suggestions and service. The only issue I had was with customer service on the phone. I think they could’ve been more understanding. My time was scheduled for morning and my services were not rendered until late evening. When I called to let them know about the issue and was unhappy 🙁 I was ignored. I feel like communication could have been better. Once again the technician provided amazing service.
