We were notified ahead of time your Tech was enroute. Jimmy was very friendly and professional. Gave a seasonal check on both our units. The fan motor on one of our outdoor units has been making noise…he moved the blades closer to the motor and tightened the grill. Noise improved…I will notify if noise returns. Very satisfied with Jimmy.
