Two year old system has a leak & I'm expected to pay nearly $1000 to get it fixed?! You sell junk or you installers do shoddy work. Either way, a bad place to do business.

Technician showed up to conduct my advantage plan tune up on my relatively new unit. He was a nice and likeable guy but like most technicians he spent more time trying to sell me things instead of provide the service I am currently paying for. Why would I buy new things if I can’t get what I am already paying for. Your website says an advantage plan member should receive semi annual tune ups.
