The Service Technician ****** T, was very knowledgeable and courteous. He took the time to explain everything to me. ****** also took care of the problem and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend to anyone in need of heating, cooling and plumbing service.

I hired McWilliams & Son Heating and Air Conditioning for HVAC installation and was very disappointed with the experience. The price was much higher than other estimates I received, communication was often frustrating, and when I asked for an itemized bill, I was told it would not be provided. Based on my experience, I recommend getting multiple estimates from other **** contractors before making a decision.

Update We had a brand new unit installed last summer trusting McWilliams was a mistake apparently we paid almost $16,000 we had some issues with the install and they made that right but the unit has repeatedly frozen up they have replaced parts and cant figure ir out we have been given excuse after excuse they want the fan turned on and a/c off to thaw the unit and by the time they arrive its thawed and they say everything looks fine of course I have left messages for a return call and am being ignored we have been given num... read more

***************************** are ripoff artists.They performed work at my personal residence and charged me $460/hour for labor... In my experience, they always propose the most expensive solution first, regardless of the need. I am cancelling my HVAC service contract as that too is expensive and unproductive because everytime they show up they recommend HVAC replacements that were well over 50% higher in cost for the exact same unit installed by another local HVAC company - AND it was for units that are just a few years ol... read more

can not get them to return phone calls.There is no same day service and when a tech did come he did not have enough coolaint to fully charge the unit. In March a tech put 2.5 lbs of coolaint in unit and dye to find the leak. It was never followed up by anyone. three days ago the unit went down due to a leak in the evaporator core as was evident by the dye from March. Cost us 80 dollars as a VIP member to hear this. I have reached out to this company 2 times the latest today. The first time after your tech "looked at the a/c" which he spent more time on a personal call then looking said nothing was wrong and charged us a service call. Later that night a/c went out had to get a different company to come out and repair it . When I called to complain the next day they apologized, begged me not to leave a bad ****** review and gave me my money back. Asked for help with little water leak in bathroom. By time they were finished (after 450 charge) I had an issue with shower and bath faucet running at same time. They wanted to charge 400 more for an issue THEY created. Do not put yourself through what I had to go through dealing with them!

We had a new unit put in and was charged for work that was not done. We were also charged for haul away of the old system and wasnt told that would be a extra charge. We have contacted them several times asking for a itemized bill with no response and no itemized bill from them. Then they had a box of ***************** that we never requested and by our surprise we were also charged for those. We can not get a response from this company for nothing!
