Hot water heater water pressure was almost non-existent. Called McWilliams and they promptly sent out a plumber to check out the problem. It ended up being a simple resolution. The water detection device had closed the valve for some unknown reason. Problem fixed. Cost $0 as it was covered under warranty. Will use them again.
