Shut off water filtration system for 8 days while out of town. Upon returning water smelled bad cause I forgot to drain it before leaving. McWilliams came to my rescue after I explained I had an elderly,sick husband and couldn’t wait till next week to get service. They sent me someone to replace old filters (close to yearly time)and clean up my plastics yellow filter. Thanks again McWilliams for fast, good service.

The problems were fixed nicely thank you. The only problem I see is that during our checkups it was not noticed that the drip tray pipes were not situated correctly and posed an over flow hazard.. Thus the drip problem could have been averted.
