The details concerning the pricing of the work was excellent and very understandable with no surprises. As a result of such wonderful service and very clear costs have arranged for further plumbing and air conditioning work to be done. Hope that such a high level of expertise and service continues.
Jessie D and Reuben were outstanding technicians. They both have the rare combination of being not only professional but having great personalities. They were sent to look at an A/C unit that had been acting up and not operating. They very methodically went through the probable culprits and diagnosed a wire that was shorting out. They were able to repair the bad wire and double check the rest of the unit. Both are a credit to the professionalism of the McWilliams work force. Jack, Woodville
