The problems were fixed nicely thank you. The only problem I see is that during our checkups it was not noticed that the drip tray pipes were not situated correctly and posed an over flow hazard.. Thus the drip problem could have been averted.

Chris Ashworth showed up at 10:00 Monday night just to help try and figure out why our AC was only cooling to 80 it took him a little investigating but found out what the problem was. Thank you Chris, we are on are way to being back to normal again !!!!
