First, I was apprehensive but considering how old my unit is, I knew it was time to do something. Jesse was kind enough to talk me through in getting all this change set up. You are lucky Jesse, he is so kind and understanding.
Let me know exactly when to expect the technician, showed up on time. Super polite, professional, friendly tech, seemed very competent. Found an unexpected problem, showed me and fixed it quickly at no extra charge. Efficiently checked my system and made friends with my shy dog while giving me the all-clear. Overall excellent service as usual with McWilliams!
Your prompt call back on a bad repair was appreciated. Technician Riley Oates and his assistant Nathan repaired the previous repair that did not work. A job well done.

Pedro and Cason hit the floor working when they arrived. They were both professional and nice. They worked diligently until our unit was installed. They had it completed faster than I anticipated. Then they cleaned everything up and explained the thermostat to me.
