Do not order from them. There are so many issues. 1) If you have a question, it can take over a week to respond. 2) they did not send the B12 shots one time but still charged me for them. 3) the portal was never updated with instructions. Do NOT use them.
I had my consultation back in March. I was supposed to receive phanternine in 2 weeks. Never got the medication then I called and after several attempts I was informed that they no longer work with phantermine then I switched to semaglutide. I got the medication on April 24. I felt no difference and called then I was informed that this medication take a few weeks to start working. To avoid delays, I requested to change my payment day and to May 10th. A discount was applied to the prescription she did receive but we are unable to refund in full for a prescription they received. I received Phentermine from this company without any issues. I received email stating that they would like to switch me semaglutide. I was ecstatic! First deduction of $197 from my account on April 10th I received an email stating that they had abnormal amount of requests for the medication and it would be running up to 3 weeks behind. As the days continued I began to get worried. I started asking questions, they then stopped responding to my questions. Then on May 10th another $197 was taken.
