They have charged me for 2 different drugs and I havent received either. The keep saying a few more weeks . I just want my money back
They charged my card, even though they didnt have product in stock. I called to find out why I hadnt received product, and they said they were out of stock and didnt know when it would be in. I immediately requested a refund and let them know I was cancelling their services. I did receive the initial refund, but now they are continuing to charge my card.
ZERO STARSHorrible corrupt business !!! Over 600$ taken out for product we never received !! Countless emails, Left messages, Patient portal messages, u name it Not a single return correspondence on anything or from anyone at this company !! Now they have blocked me from their FB page where I originally discovered them !! They have time to take care of that but not respond to the issue !!!
I placed my first order with MD Exam on 3/23/23, was told my medication would be shipped within a week. Paid the ******, the following week came no medication. Called and was told the ** was waiting to be signed by the doctor. Second week called, was told they had to switch all patients over to the ****1 medication, this has caused a backlog. Now we are on week 3 and still no medication, this week their excuse is, they have lost a doctor and it will be 2 more weeks before my medication is sent to me and my ** still isnt sign... read more
This company is a scam. My first order took 32 days. They lied about my second order. I have emails to confirm what they told me, the reasons for delay and then the day it was it was to be shipped out -which I use loosely- I get an email that they dont have a doctor in ******* to approve my order. They took my money on March the 10th and today is April 10th. They are a clown show.
Absolutely atrocious practices! I was charged the monthly fee of $197, my prescription was 2 weeks late and after speaking to the pharmacy I found out that the refill was never sent! I have spent countless hours on the phone with MD Exam and was just now told that prescriptions were pulled and they want to switch to injections. I have never had such a bad experience with another company like this one. Stay away!
This company sent me a proposed prescription phentermine . I was told it was a compound prescription. It was not phentermine at all and the medication caused a massive outbreak on my skin and infected my intestines. I nearly died. Do not use this company under any condition it will endanger your life
When I tell you these people take your money without no problem. And then turn around and wants to charge you again a monthly fee. But they don't tell you that at first though. People please beware of this people. The price is very high of continue this service. I would like an refund cause I was not under the impression that I had to pay again when I just paid them $50.
