One of the best clinics ! Yes there is waiting list... but the doctor takes the time to talk to you!! To understand you is very kind has a lot of humanity to treat people and that is difficult to find in this country. The nurses are fine.
Great doctor and staff. Of course you have to wait because they also take walkins and thats the convenience part about it. Most places dont even have next day appts or even accept new patients. You can't have your cake and eat it too. So when your dr isnt taking anymore appts you can always count on the many Mi doctor in the dfw.
After waiting over an hour to see the doctor because of a sick infant, then being told that a covid/flu test needed to be done and that would involve an hour wait for the results - when the "nurse?" had asked if I wanted it done 45 minutes earlier and I had said yes, was the straw that broke my back. EVERYTIME we have come into this office, either for myself or the two little girls 11 months and almost 3, we have had to wait for a minimum of 45 minutes once we are in a room before we see the doctor for all of MAYBE 5 minutes... read more

I took my son with cough and fever and it took 2 hour for a doctor to come and check my son the doctor didn't even checked my son and said that my son didn't wanted to go to school that he was acting sick he just pressed my son stomach
If I could give it a zero I would. Had an appointment for 1 pm, they pushed it back 15 minutes. I came in early and there were no more than 8 people there, but I still was not seen until over an hour later. I had very important appointments spaced out and had to cancel because of them. Their waiting area is extremely hot and very smelly. The second room I was brought to had to be cleaned up from a previous patient. Lots of workers just sitting around on their phones laughing. If I could give no stars I would. I started seeing the Dr. Sanjev Chaturvedi he was rude and over talks you, don't listen or pays attention too at all. So I switched to Dr. Victor Peralta he's a little better but when it comes to filling out paperwork for a job he's ridiculously horrible. The wait times are ridiculously long I've been there three different times and had to wait over two to three hours with an appointment. The doctors are nice and friendly, but the ladies who work front staff are rude. The lady with long hair and glasses seems like she hates her job. You ask her a question and she snaps back with an attitude. There's people who are sick and feel horrible and they just want someone to show some empathy and care. I already feel miserable least thing I wanna deal with is someone being rude to me. Wouldn't recommend coming here
I went and tested for the rapid results covid screen and came back positive. They then proceeded to tell me that they are calling in my prescription to the pharmacist that I gave them...3 phone calls (of them saying they sent it and resent it...i called every pharmacy in my erea and nothing...those lying assholes never sent a damn thing) and 6 hours later no meds....they never sent it.
