I've been coming here about 6 months . Every time I come even with appointment I wait over a hour . Came in one time and was told I come into much . I was sick as hell and rushed out with allergy meds . Had to go to urgent care because I had pneumonia . Today I had appointment at 3:45 it's now after 5 pm and still haven't been seen . I will be finding another pcp ASAP.
They take there time and, all they do is talk on the phone!They have lots of staff but they never work.One time I waited 2hrs to take a blood sample.
Bad service! I will be changing doctor very soon I came in for an appointment they made me wait 30 minutes for my appointment. I have better things to do
If you want medical care go elsewhere. My insurance assigned this office to me as the closest office that took my insurance and was accepting new patients. I've dealt with 3 years of incredibly terrible service. Lost test results (actually I think they lost my specimen in the first place), multiple calls where I couldn't even reach a person or a voicemail, many unreturned phone calls, and an 8 month wait for a referral to a specialist.
