Great clinic and not a long wait - the Dr. was very thorough and saw that I needed BP meds and prescribed them to me immediately. He care was great and she took the time to ask questions to get to the problem that I was 30lbs. over weight and suggested that through exercise and diet food changes that I could accomplish this on my own. I have since recommended my spouse as well and she is now a patient as well. The wait was a little long; however, Dr. Martinez was well worth it. He was excellent and thorough!
Very poor service at this location. The front desk girls don't seem to be on top of it. It's like if they don't care and are there just for a paycheck. They give you a certain time for your appointment and you end up having to wait more than an hour to be seen. You call to schedule an appt and you have to wait a long time time for someone to answer and then it's the call center who takes your call. What's the whole point of making an appointment at 8:00am? Getting here early? Being the first one at the door? And waiting 1+ hours to be seen for a physical exam. The staff is terrible at communicating with you that it's going to be a long wait and kind of just blow it off. I was so close to asking the staff when would be a better time for THEM and walking out because this is unacceptable.
I understand because of COVID-19 there may be some sort of set backs. However, I called to refill my medication about a month ago, mind you I'm asthmatic. I used their automated line and it said I would receive a response in 2 days. I waited 2 days, then a week and then 2 weeks. I finally decided to go up there and ask about my prescription. Came in today for a simple sports physical and winded up waiting two and a half hours before being seen by anybody. Then once I confronted the doctor she said "oOoooh that's nothing" pretty much normalizing an extended waiting time. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC AT ALL. First and last time I'll ever come here.
Terrible patient care. The nurses at the front desk don't care about anything other than themselves. The doctors there are very patronizing and it feels like I'm just a number to them most times. They talk to you in a monotone, don't sympathize with you, and have a terrible system for communication. Once the doctor leaves your patient room, good luck trying to talk to them. #1 worst experience at a clinic. The front staff is rude and inefficient. I was scheduled for a 10 a.m. appointment and arrived 30 minutes early. Mostly because I rely on public transportation and because the clinic states that patients arrive 15 minutes prior to their appointment. I walked in and the front staff members were gossiping in plain sight. I interrupted them to inform them that I needed to check in for my appointment.
