I am looking for a new primary care doctor because ours unfortunately passed away. I'm looking at the clinic's website and it looked like they had all the requirements I am looking for. So I called to get more information and the person that answered that line was perfectly nice. That's where it ends. I called back to set up an appointment. The first call didn't go thru which can happen. The second time the person who answered put me on hold, never came back and my call was disconnected after 5 mins of holding. I feel I had to write this review to share a very unpleasant experiences I've had at this practice& specific location. My infant son got most of his initial shots and tests here- the staff were very unprofessional every single visit and the wait time on my pre scheduled appointment was ALWAYS about 90 minutes late. I totaled about 4 visits then never came back and took them off my insurance) The staff for the most part seemed like young nurses in training.
