Dr. Herrera has made this clinic great. Before he got there this clinic was no good. He has made it kid friendly and pays very good attention to his little patients. I would give him a 10 stars if i could.

They make you wait in hold for far too long I was waiting for 10minutes just to make an appointment, I decided to go somewhere else where they answered quickly and made my appointment just as quickly

Have came to the Aldine Mail Rt. location twice and have had an encounter with Amanda Vasquez both time and have been spoke to with a very rude response. She is the head of her front team and is not at all leading with a customer service manner.

My kids been patients in this clinic for 14 years since they open and I been dealing with rudeness of front office lady's many many many many times but I keep going because doctors are great but I had enough today, I was put on hold for more than 25 minutes TWICE just to schedule an appointment the assistant was rude and unprofessional, if they don't want to answer calls or do there job they should stay at home. They just lost four loyal patients.

Pésimo servicio las de las recepcionistas su forma de hablar con los clientes y se tardan más 1 hora en atenderte y parada porque no tienen suficientes sillas para sentarse. Si les preguntas algo solo te dicen que están ocupadas que esperes que pronto te atenderán una cita normal de cuando llegas asta que sales es más de 3 horas en total. Los doctores son excelentes y las enfermeras también

Worst place ever!!! What is the point of having an appointment if they're not going to respect it. Had an appointment at 8 a.m. and it was 10 a.m. and still haven't seen the doctor!!! I walked out!!! This is beyond ridiculous and unprofessional!!!

0 stars if i could!the worst place i've ever encountered. my boyfriend had to get tested for Covid which they charged up the ass for , they checked his ID TWICE to double check his info (still got it wrong) we were told they were gonna call back for results which was a lie bc i had to call them to find out after a week of waiting. We had to go to ANOTHER doctor to check on what was wrong with him to only figure out that they gave us THE WRONG RESULTS. we called TWICE to confirm his results and they told us the wrong ones TWI... read more

This is horrible they are taking advantage of people affected by covid-19! They charged my mother and sister each 115 each for testing + 40 dollars each for results (they never told them about the 40 dollar charge) The results had been ready for 4 days but they kept saying they weren't ready until finally someone informed them that they charge to give results. Also they confused a man's phone number with my mom's.
