Front office girls are rude they have 5-6 working but only one will check in the other yells that you use the self check in and won't even look at you when their talking plus took them a good 20 minutes to even acknowledge you

they never answer the phone or put you on hold for soo long. doctor refuses to look at more than one issue on the same visit long lines, can take 20 min to reach the counter; they have added self check in kiosks which speed up checking in about 2 hour wait time with an appointment, especially before 12pm. after 12 pm if you are lucky wait time is like 15 min, otherwise 2 hours. First and last time I stop here for any medical issues and will never recommend. The office is dirty and filthy, used their one bathroom and there were dead roaches on the floor, dirty floor, no soap or hand sanitizer, none in any of the patient rooms either. The nurses never use gloves to change the sheets in beds after patients are done, this is a big cross contamination issue between patients. Front desk people not so polite. Doctor didn't really seem to know what she was talking about. I called to check on my lab results at least 6 times. They either didn't answer the phone at all or they would transfer me keep me on hold for 30 minutes then hang up. I have to make an appointment at a different doctors office only because I don't trust these people at all! I wish i could give it lower than one star! This placed is horrible don't even waste your time coming. I actually came here because one of my co workers had come to do their annual physical that its required by our insurance. Since it was close to my job & had convenient hours I didn't mind. Worst decision ever. The staff was very rude.Not only that but the so call Dr. Carillo was so ignorant,pushy & extremely unprofessional. Let's say you have a health issue that's pressing..... But you don't have health insurance. What do you do? Find a clinic like this and try to get some help. This clinic can be defined in one word: Ghetto. From the incompetent, rude receptionists that are snapping at each other as well as clients, to the dirty waiting room to the horrible PAs and doctors.
