Great place in my opinion. The workers were really great and made me feel welcome. They handled everything with much care and I was appreciative of that.
I definitely recommend luv-n-care I have been coming here since 2009 and Dr Ambreen Aslam she is the best she treats her patients as if they were family and most importantly she cares for her patients
Excellent doctor Dr. Ashlam is an amazing pediatric doctor who cares about her patients. My granddaughter is her patient and has had excellent care. The doctors staff is awesome Mavis always knows you by name
I love the doctors but the rest of the people that work their eh not so much Not friendly probably only 1 Hispanic lady and a new African American girl that acknowledges me and my kids ( I totally get it they are busy ) I always arrive early and I'm usually in the waiting area about 30 mins no matter what. I have been going to Dr. Aslam since my oldest daughter was born (9 years ago), and when my second daughter was born there was no one else I would entrust than her. She is very profesional, sweet and caring and treats us like another family member. My oldest daughter suffers from asthma and we had a rough start of the year thanks to this Houston weather. Dr. Aslam and nurse mavis have been my sons care givers for more than 9 years now and I am very lucky to have had them and still have them! For all the years I have called and gotten my appointments for the same day the wait when you get there is from 7-15 minutes which is perfect! The whole staff from the reception to the nurses and doctors all hold a very big spot in my heart! I totally recommend to the highest level luv n care pediatrics and all its staff! Love them very much!
We have been taking our twin daughters to Dr Aslam since their birth. Dr Aslam is very knowledgeable and humble. She listens to our concerns and addresses them well. She pays attention to all the details and makes sure our daughters get the best treatment. We are highly satisfied with the service we receive at the clinic, every single time. They justify their name "LUV N CARE". God bless them.
Dr Aslam is very nice and good doctor...I have been taking my eight year old to her since he was a newborn and my 7 month old as will...she treats both of my kids like her own.. I highly recommend her.
Besides the terrible wait time at this office the staff and doctors are professional and knowledgeable with their kid care. I like that they print out a summary of the visit with details. The staff are very busy but they do answer questions and concerns for their patients. The parking can be a little congested at times but I normally am able to find a spot quickly.
