I like the doctors specially Dr Kotagri and Aslam. Only bad thing about the clinic is that most of the time you have to wait at least around 30 mins in addition to your appointment time.

I like the doctors here. My child responds so well to Dr. Silva and the MA's are so sweet and patient with the kids. The wait time is a little long but they seem to be really busy. Maybe they over schedule or have too many walkins. But what pediatrician doesn't have a load of walkins. I like the doctors. They seem like they know their stuff. Dr. Aslam and Dr. Silva Perez are both great. Dr. Perez-Silva found something at my child's follow up appt that the hospital didn't. Thankfully it was nothing serious BUT I'm glad for such a great doctor. They will call you personally if any bloodwork comes back abnormal. They have a seperate sick and non sick waiting area. Waiting time is no longer than 20 minutes but I always set my appointments early before 9 am. Unless there is only one doctor, be prepare to wait ... read more

If i can give no stars i would. One day i came up for an appointment at 2 pm and i didn't leave until they was closed and they also said my daughter had bronchitis and she later was diagnosed with RSV and nobody told me they said the doctor told me but she didn't.

I don't have a review to GIVE out! I moved here from the other state and I had to make first patient appointment for my child, I mean my CHILD. As a DEAF Mother, I asked the nurse to provide sign language interpreter on the other day and she will give me call after she have to speak to office manager. I got the terrible call today, she stated that office manager said no and tell me to call health provider to provide sign language interpreter. I have been taking my kids here for a while but really considering a new pediatricIan because the new front staff are very rude and unprofessional. This is a tough decision because Dr. Kotagiri knows my kids and is such a great pediatrician but I never want to experience having to argue with staff while trying to get my sick child seen. This establishment is very unprofessional in addressing childrens health needs. The office is rude and disrespectful in relating important details on detailed protocols. They aren't attentive to tending to proper communication with patients, and their families. I have been coming here for the past two years, and now I will need to find better pediatrician for my children.

Everytime I bring my son here the wait is over an hour and by the time the doctor sees him it can be from 1.5 to 2 hours. Today I called to make an appointment and they said 11:15am. I arrive at 11 and at 12:07pm I inquired how much longer was the wait. The receptionist said I was actually put down for 11:30 instead of 11:15 and I was told there are three people in front of me. Wow just wow! They always over book. Last time!! Not to mention how gross the play area is. Can they please throw or wash those germ infested Nemo ... read more
