The MD Kids clinic is clean and wait time for me has never been more than 15 minutes. I also think it depends on the time of day you go. Another great thing about this clinic, is that when I've called, I've been able to get my child in the same day. Sometimes you need your child seen as soon as possible and I have been able to do that the times I've called in. The staff is so nice and polite to my kids and myself. Dr. Gonnella is Fantastic. She the sweetest most caring doctor my kids have had. I come to Katy from Downtown Houston just to see her. The office staff are friendly, no long waits, and the office is very clean. Would recommend Dr. Gonnella and MD Kids Pediatrics to anyone that is looking for a caring, knowledgeable Doctor in the area.

Wait time is horrible Bought a concern to the doctor and she chucked and didn't seem to give good advice Medical assistant did not use gloves and put bandaids on her scrub when giving shots and taking blood

HORRIBLE, my daughter have an appointment for 5:15pm the traffic was too bad so I called that I will be 5mins late. And when we got there we waited for 45mins and when we inquire how long we have to wait. They just told us there's 2 more patients ahead of us. Thats just ridiculous. They could have told me that since your late we pushed you to later time, instead of just letting us wait for too long.

lo peor que pueden hacer es asistir a este lugar , los médicos no son profesionales al punto que no envían los medicamentos ni anotan lo que recetan, tiempos de esperas muy largos , mucha desorganización , que cierren y se dediquen a otra cosa a

The worst You can not speak to anyone in the office direct. It will be a call center, who refuses to put a supervisor on the line. I've call for 1 month, 2 visits, & MULTIPLE calls later, my son's still doesn't have his prescription.

I came to this office for the 2 time, I don't know who is the incompetent, but the customer service who answered the phone calls don't know their jobs, it turned out that according to my insurance and the office's customer service , in that clinic, doctor Alba Molina ( who appears in the network of my insurance as well), will take my insurance, the lady in the front desk of the office won't say the same, I called from the office to my insurance because it was the second time and they talked and it turned out that the doctor... read more

-Our appointment was at 11:15 and it's 1pm waiting in the room to see the doctor. Take you child to another doctor office.

Bad service, they have you waiting for the longest time while staff are just laughing in rooms and not attending their patients. Amazingly worst service given.
