Their wait times are absolutely horrible!!!! This is my second time here. My kids appointment was set for 10:30am. They did not call us to the back until 11:30. It's 12 noon now and my kids are STILL waiting to see the doctor. The first time we came it was the exact same thing. I tried to give this place another try, but this will be our last time here. This is ridiculous

I'm livid! My child has suffered for days with an ear infection. We had an appointment to SEE the doctor on Thursday (she had fever and cold symptoms but most of all a very sore ear) they insisted on her getting a rapid Covid test before she could be seen, her test was negative. The doctor came out to the car in a hazmat suit with a shield AND a mask on, he talked to us from 6 feet away from the drivers side. I got here at 10:00 and everyone that got here after me went first! Someone showed up at 10:30 and still went ahead of me. Totally ridiculous. Then they tried to tell me it's because they are busy, but how is everyone getting to go see a doctor but I'm still waiting. At 10:40 I just left. Never coming back!!!!

The staff here is ridiculous, I love the doctor , but the staff alone would make you not even want to give them your money. They are not helpful at all , they don't even greet you when you come in ,have zero knowledge of any sort , they never get anything done (in order for me to get my questions answered , records , referral whatever is needed at the time i literally have to constantly call and speak to several different people , every single time , the are also rude and unprofessional. I first came to this pediatric facility when my son was born 2 and a half years ago and although I had some issues with them(long waits with appointments, constant change in doctor, misdiagnosis which resulted in multiple trips within a few weeks) I was just too lazy to look for another office so I stuck with them for my next kiddo who was born 2 months ago. I visited this pediatrics around 1PM and Dr V. Gonnella said like I can pick up some medications today at CVS. however there were on medications to pick up at CVS. Actually, I waited to get the medication for 5 hours. The next day,.. I called again and asked 'what happened...?". There is No any apology and the officer said like she do not know anything regarding this issue. I think they did not submit any medications at that time and realized they made a mistake. I do not recommend this location Dr. Gonnella is not a good pediatrician. The staff does not care about their patients, they have no sense of urgency, expect to wait at least 1 hour to be seen, and refuse to see my daughter that had temperature of 103° until her appointment.
