I purchased the fireplace media console from Meble Furniture on Amazon and hired a professional to put it together. When I arrived home I noticed the console had a recycling sticker from one end to the other. It was not removable. I immediately contacted the seller and was told to return the console it in its original packaging if I was not happy with the sticker. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I spent over $1,000 on TWO separate orders! The first order had THREE damaged parts. I requested new parts. It’s been 5 days. There website say they will ship them out in 1-2 days. (Fine I can tolerate this) HOWEVER! The second order was for one of their tables. The top piece has some gnarly damage on the edges. Product was delivered damaged and when I wanted to return it I had to pay for the shipping, which is not right because it’s was not my fault ( could have happened from shipping or came from the factory this way ) “ return policy “ Buyer beware !!
This company has the worst customer service. I have been dealing with a customer service rep Marcin for months now and I am exhausted. The story is just too long to post. The short version is that my fireplace is still not installed.
I order a wardrobe through Walmart from Meble furniture, I left specific instructions to have this package delivered to my door on the second floor. I have a bad back. The delivery man came and had me sign for the package and left the three heavy pieces in my lobby. When I called customer service they said we don’t bring package inside homes, which I never asked for. As a furniture company your delivery policy’s are horrible.
Not a reliable merchant. The worst customer service. There is any damage on the items you ordered they don’t resend it back or they do not pay return shipping. You have to pay from your own pocket or they will charge you twice for the shipping. I ordered a TV stand but never received it they told me they will resend it but I must pay the shipping. They charged me double and did duplicate charges on my credit card. I had to call my credit to dispute the charges. I paid almost $2000 for a $700 TV stand who can believe this? Pl... read more
I bought this TV stand from this company two years ago look what happened piece of garbage
Don’t order from them, it’s a scam! My order came damaged - panels crushed and crack and OLD water damage on the countertop, MDF was swollen from water absorbed into it. Product was made from cheap looking plastic laminate and particle board. They do not provide return shipment, you have to do it on your own dime! The customer service number is a recorded message with 3 options, all referring to the website, you can’t talk to actual person.
