I bought this TV stand from this company two years ago look what happened piece of garbage
Don’t order from them, it’s a scam! My order came damaged - panels crushed and crack and OLD water damage on the countertop, MDF was swollen from water absorbed into it. Product was made from cheap looking plastic laminate and particle board. They do not provide return shipment, you have to do it on your own dime! The customer service number is a recorded message with 3 options, all referring to the website, you can’t talk to actual person.
arrived damaged, very cheap quality. You have to pay hundreds of dollars to ship back and it has to be in original packaging. There is no way to put 75 pieces back in original packaging. Stole $1200.
Do not buy from Meble. I have called several times. They are a web based company. Thats it . They do not care . Their products are made of cheap water absorbing particle board. Meaning id there is moister in your house or they get wet the warp or rot!!! They are sold at walmart. You get what you pay for. Think about it. Also it comes in a flat box , like Ikea , with an Allen wrench: Good luck!! Stay away from this fancy schmancy crap! Just my opinion
Update : Meble came through and quickly they sent me a replacement glass within a few days even reached out to me in messenger. Much appreciated!!! I would definitely suggest this company to my friends love the piece of furniture as well looks great complete. See pic At this point I do not recommend due to poor very poor customer service. WARNING!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE AND ONLY RESPOND TO EMAILS. I BOUGHT A TV STAND IN WHICH MALFUNCTIONED AND NOW THEY SAY IM NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY AND SHOULD BUY ANOTHER ONE!!! REALLY THEIR PRODUCTS ARE THE WORST AND I WILL REPORT THEM TO THE BBB! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME BUYING FROM THEM THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!!
