The technician (Dino) was very professional and assured me he would resolve my problem. He did and was respectful of my time schedule while resolving the issue at hand. He took the time to explain what was going on and plan of attack.

Dino is fantastic!!! My hot water stopped working on a Friday evening. Dino returned my call within 10 minutes and made time to come out that night. My tankless water heater had gone out. Dino worked with me to find a solution in budget and showed up earlier than promised to install. I have hot water again. I highly recommend Dino for all of your plumbing needs!!

Dino did a fantastic job! He got to us quickly and solved all our water heater issues with professionalism and care! He really went over and above to make sure we had hot water asap!!! I would call on him again in a heart beat and recommend him to everyone I know!

Dino was extremely knowledgeable about my heat pump and quickly was able to troubleshoot and find the problems I was experiencing. He kept me in the loop at every stage when it needed some parts. He did a great job!
