Dino of Mechanical was just great to work with. Responded promptly on taking my initial call. Arrived on the same day. Texted me eta on arrival time each time. Arrived promptly. Which is great to know as one can plan time accordingly rather being told by previous plumbers, broad stroke times and showing up late…or never… Dino explained the issues and resolutions available. Fixed the problem without any hassles. All done professionally. Dino represents his profession well and true gentleman . Thanks Dino.

Dino went above a beyond to help us get what we needed. We had our HVAC unit go out unexpectedly and at the time we were in a financial bind. He was able to work with us and give us multiple options for us to choose from. He was kind, understanding and very informative. His communication always exceeded all my expectations anytime I called, whether it was answering the phone or calling me back with questions I had. I would highly recommend Dino to anyone!
