RecommendedI like that I was able to get in the same day for my Covid test within 24 hours and the video chat before I left the parking lot. The only thing I did not like was I waited 45 minutes for someone to give me the swab test in the parking lot and there were only about two other vehicles getting the Covid test from their vehicles.
It was a good experience, staff and Doctor very helpful and made the time there very pleasant during such a trying time.
Went for Covid test! Everyone was very professional but very caring and comforting! Especially David. I tested positive and he was very sweet and encouraged me that I will be fine! Gave me 2 medications a Zpak and a Medrol Dose pack! Taking meds and resting! Thank you all for your professionalism!
The personnel were so professional. I had several chats and was treated with respect and caring. They were knowledgeable and made the process of getting an appointment online easy. They came out to our car and performed the COVID test for us. We definitely will go back to Medella Urgent Care for future medical problems.
The Nurse Practitioner at this facility saw me quickly and helped me when I was denied treatment somewhere else...
