Clean waiting area. Reception was very helpful with my questions. Attending nurse in room was very nice. Loved the doctor . I am heard of hearing and came in with and ear ache. Doctor spoke where I could understand my diagnosis and how to take my medication am that was subscribed.

I was seen on Thursday. I wasn’t too happy with my experience, not horrible by any means, disappointed mostly. The owner/physician at Midella contacted me on Saturday. I wasn’t near my phone. He said he’d call back. He did! We had an awesome ‘televisit’. He was wonderful, took his time, apologized about my last visit. He looked at my throat the best he could. He also observed my swollen lymph node. He explained why I had ear pain due to the lymph node. Doctor changed Rx from pills I could not swallow to a liquid form 👍🏻. And Prednisone short term to help with swelling. It all worked so well. I feel so much better. They fix things at Medella, please try them. If you are not happy please let them know. They will do everything possible to make it right.
