The clinic was super packed way too many patients. Staff running around like robots. Some of the ones I spoke to could not even process what I was saying to them. Definetely you wonder what quality care you are getting. I was sat in 3 different rooms bec another person needed the room . In one word caos

I am very pleased with the surgery performed on my left egg ye for cataracts. I was told that I would get a call to have my right eye done. I haven’t heard from Medeye.

7 months later left eye is still blurred cant do right eye untill this clears up so vision sucks. Been strong along by dr brown dr segal and saw a doc in dry eye division and he made more sense than all previous visits. Told maria to set up appt for right eye during that visit asap because surgery was booked for july. 3 weeks later no call. Cant get much worse. Have appt with baskin palmer july 26 snce i cant seem to get help there. Will also let avmed know

Would give no stars if possible. Kept waiting 3.5 nearly 4 hrs to see Dr Segal who spent 10 minutes with me . After nearly 2months of visits every 2 weeks just wanted to be reassured after cataract surgery that the lens was in place and if I need I needed further surgery. I can NEVER get through to office. I have decided to go with a different Dr for further surgery.

It’s very difficult to contact your staff coordinators. When finally I got contac they told me “we will contact you soon” but never I received a back call (sorry for my poor english)

Dr Whalh, excellent Dr but Dr Zachary make me feel upset about his attention I’m very disappointed because he isn’t paying attention to his patient. My mothers friend took wrong diagnosis and was scheduled to having wrong surgery. My daughter stopped him to place a injection to my right eye instead to the left side where I have a problem. I hope my bad experience isn’t gonna be happening with another patient. We are human beings not another number, we deserve respect and good professional attention. Thanks
