Did not receive package, had to call and have it resent the 2nd customer service rep I called was real helpful and sent a new delivery and filed the claim.
I was pleasantly surprised to receive a phone call from a customer service rep the day after placing my order (over $500). It was a confirmation call to ensure I had ordered the correct stand for the specific type of Monitor it would mount on. Not only did this personally confirm that the item was ordered but gave me satisfaction in knowing I ordered the correct stand and no potential issues would arise had I ordered the 'wrong type'. Would highly recommend!
