A little difficult to register and put in my shipping and billing address but other than that it was fine.

Ordering was easy and delivery time was good too. If I could change anything about the experience it would be the shipping charges. They were almost half as much as my order. I guess I'm used to Amazon Prime and got a little spoiled. :)
Called about product. Employee was not sure of the Answer but gave me the # to the manufac. who was able to answer my question.
Look around at other stores for a cart, but they all seemed built cheaply. Since I had purchased from this company before, I checked and found the perfect cart for me.
