I really had no thought about how it was going to go. This experience was really awesome. The techs were very friendly and answered any questions I had. They did a much better job of monitoring during the night. I would highly recommend them.

Terrible place with horrible service and inept staff. This place is a disaster.
Poor service, I received an e mail that they forgot to add the serial number of my Watch Pat device. I responded back and they said that they would update the information but I can not do the sleep test due to their lack of competency especially with a medical device. Are they real doctors even ?????
Would not recommend. Constantly reschedule appointments. Can't come rhru on getting information to insurance company to get supplierms
Wish I could give them zero stars. Be ready to open your wallet because they will continue to bill you over and over without end. I had spoken to both the billing dept and the office mgr and neither one would ever tell me exactly how much the total cost was for the sleep study. That's because they want to get you on the "monitoring and supplies ferris wheel" where they can bill you and your insurance company continually after you get a CPAP from them. Be ready to open your wallet because they will continue to bill you over and over and then argue with you no matter if you show documentation that you have already paid. Now I got another bill for an office visit they claim that I was at that I wasn't. I made 3 office visits and they want me to pay for 5. I can't even tell you who "Dr Charnock" is...never saw that person. Everything was handled by the nurse practitioner....NEVER was seen by the doctor.
