As for the nurse practitioner explaining to my aunt about her Sleep Apnea.... And her Bi pap machine I'll give it 3 Stars.....On the other hand the customer service at the front desk I'll give it a 1 star I did not like it.....poor customer service skills.....they have plenty room for improvement. Thanks

Staff is friendly and professional. All procedures went smoothly. Minimal waits for appointments. They provided clear and concise results of procedues. Clearly explained dangers of sleep apnea and answered all questions and concerns explicitly.

My appt was 9:30, I was out by 9:55. Staff was very friendly. My doctor had the best bedside manor , loved his personality and sense of humor
