We attended the July 8th 5:00pm show. The performance was fun and exciting. The service, on the other hand, was subpar. When we arrived at the tables, our flags were missing. We did not get them until after the opening "ceremony" and introduction of all the knights. I had to ask for my drink twice. I did not receive my drink until after the soup and bread was served to everyone. No one in our party was offered a drink refill for the entirety of the show. Show and food was absolutely amazing but beware with packages and large groups , make sure they Go in DEPTH of what you’re receiving and take notes when they tell you what your purchase includes.... still waiting on corporate to contact me from almost 3 days ago.

Some guy name Willie that worked tried to sell me fake tickets. What kind of employees are you hiring?!
Our waiter was absolutely the slowest of all of the others. The other servers were all done and we were just getting out main course. I requested more tea and it took 20 minutes. Then he threw a fit threw tip tray when we did not leave anything. Told us we could leave tip via credit card too. Show was excellent and food was good! My 4 year old granddaughter loved it!
Service was terrible waited an hour before we were offered an opportunity to order a drink that took 30 minutes to show up. Manager didn't care nobody cared but they changed $30 per beer and never came back so we didn't get to have a 2nd round of drinks. 1 and done they don't care. Terrible service. And yes I still tipped everyone even though they didn't deserve it
First got to our table in the black and white section. The manger told us he had to move us because of a roof leak. This was fine. They moved us to the green section. However at the start of the show I see that there is people sitting in our seats in the black and white section. We spent a lot of money to go here and we had to move from center seats and outside seats so another family could have our seats??? Better yet the manager completely lied about the whole situation. They could not force you to buy a souvenir glass. A round of 4 beers cost $91.00. Also the vegetarian meal did not come.with hummas.
The experience started with wearing masks, which was as expected. When we finally sat down at our table, we were greeted with dried tomato soup on the table (gave us the sense of “clean”). My daughter commented on how bored the Queen looked, which is funny for the fact that my mom used to be the Queen here (many moons ago). Last night we had a poor experience. Cold food, took forever to get a refill and our waitstaff changed multiple times. The show was good, but the cold food and poor service will keep me from returning.
