Get directionsI went for my birthday and it sucked had a horrible time I have a whole list that I plan on sharing we went with put drinks and coffee was suckered when people were leaving I have a whole l8st save your money thumbs down
Brought my family there for my wife's birthday. First time for both of us. Food was better than I expected (for you clean freaks like me, they give you 2 wet napkins to clean your hands). Show was exciting. Our knight ended up winning. If you like live entertainment and theater...this is for you. The entire staff bust their butts and it showed. We are already thinking of going back.
My friend @[100016013110675:Adrienne Quinones] was finally contacted about our situation by the GM. She was told we would receive a refund for my son's Birthday Party. It has been a number of weeks snd the refund has yet been added to my credit card. Very disappointed.
Won't return. First time and although show was cool, I paid for my 2 year old to eat and she didnt. We requested a vegetarian meal because my baby doesn't eat quarter chicken and corn on the cob. We figured she would enjoy having that alternative meal. Well, the waiter adamantly refused to give it to her. Saying it was only accommodations for food allergies. So she had an old granola bar from my diaper bag just so she didn't have anything. The bread was stale and the drinks were flat. Truly dissapointed.
This place was horrible!!! They were so unorganized! We were ROBBED!! literally and by the facility! I was there for a birthday and have been trying to get in hold of the corporate offices for MONTHS!!! I was going to wait to write the review but I don't think the General Manager exists! I was promised a call 20 times or more!! And NO ONE has ever contacted me. When we walked in the people told us our hostess had our table numbers but 45 minutes later WHEN I FOUND THE PARTY they did NOT have our table cards and we had to wa... read more
Don't bother going if you have food allergies they don't get back to you about their menu and they have nothing anyone would eat that's allergy friendly. Good thing I packed my son lunch for his camp trip.
We upgraded to VIP Royalty and sat at table 5 in the center. The entertainment was good and we really enjoyed the tricks performed by the horses. I caught the flower that was thrown into the crowd, our Red/Yellow team won the games. Our server was very pleasant and kept a smile on his face, the food was great and had some flavor. I have a few issues, the Queen was not there, only the Princess and King, the seating is horrible for someone with knee issues and height, the glass or goblet made my alcohol drink taste funny and ... read more
Paid for the royalty package, and was disappointed, the seats where poor, you would think for the extra $20 I would be able to see, and if I had a hard time, my 3 year old even on a booster seat couldn't see anything... good was so so, nothing to get excited about, and the theatrics could have been better.... not Likly to go back any time soon...
