This was my 4th time, once every decade, and to my surprise the food was the same. The actors seemed very choreographed but the show was still worth watching. As a disabled person it was a bit difficult because once I was lifted up in wheelchair, I was obligated to come up last and leave last, and no access to bathroom. The seats were tight and my wheelchair did not fit in between for me to eat comfortably. Normally I would have given a 5 but not as pleasant an experience as before.

The show was excellent but the service was unfriendly and when you asked for directions it was so unorganized! When my family and I first entered the facility the greeting was steal! My pictures weren't ready after the show and we took them upon arrival. I upgraded our tickets and was very disappointed by the service.

My boyfriend and I had an amazing time at the show last night (4/12/2017). We were seated in the black and white section. We took advantage of the spring break discount and upgraded to the king's Royal package. It was a great deal for everything we got!! I would have given 5 stars of it weren't for our waiter. This was our first time going to the show and we were unaware that gratuity was not included in the $135 that we spent on our package and tickets. When we decided not to tip our waiter he was very sarcastic and obvious... read more

I've been here a few times, and I usually have a wonderful time. The last time I went (April 7, 2017), the service was terrible. My group loved the show, but our waiter was barely around and very unfriendly. He spilled my soda all over my plate while pouring my husband's soda. Didn't realize he did it at first, but then apologized and said he would be right back with some napkins. He came by some time later to give us wet naps. I asked for more napkins and another soda, trying to give him the benefit of the doubt that he was... read more

Always a great time each time we visit!! 11 of us had a blast! Nearly a disaster in the men's restroom outside the green section! Brought my 2 year to the restroom to change him, but when I put him on the changing station it collapsed!! Luckily I caught him!! Had to go back and get my wife to bring him into the woman's restroom. We both ended up missing a good portion of the show because of it, which was very disappointing!

It's all for the kids. Tourist trap at its best. Set up for you to spend $$. food was so so. No silverware you eat with your hands. Show was for the kids. I would not spend the $$ again. Once was enough

Second time there. First time was better. Not enough food for what you pay for and it wasnt even that good. Servers rushed through everything. Had to swallow foos basically. Show was great but everything else from the seating to the food sucked! Truly disapointed.

Took my five-year-old grandson and his mother and father, along with my wife. I thought it was a great show. More importantly, my grandson was very happy. We all had a positive experience. Once I found out that we bought general admission seats I had my wife upgrade them to assigned seats. The extra cost was a bit steep at $60 for the five of us, but our seating was excellent. There were five seats in the front row of the VIP section where we were seated. Since there were five of us, we had the entire row to ourselves. I was... read more
