Get directionsIt was just like I remember when I was a kid. Had my son's birthday party there this year and he and the other kids had an absolute blast. It's a pretty penny with the souvenirs and having to buy your knight's flag for $5 and although that disappoints me, it's kind of what we have come to expect from gimmicky entertainment anywhere. For the uniqueness of the experience, I'd pay it again. My son and his friends are not likely to forget it anytime soon.
We went yesterday. It was my 5 year old first time. He had a blast! Food was good too!
I found the chicken to be very good. It was moist and flavored well. I was disappointed in the soda I purchased before the show out front. The cola was more water than syrup. The tomato soup was weak. My 12 year wanted to know why they had Texas Toast in Medieval Times, when Texas didn't exist. The potato was seasoned well but the corn is frozen and mushy in texture. I was okay with the pound cake but would have enjoyed the Apple tart again.
This is perfect for kids and not really meant for adults. Always wanted to experience it so went but the acting was mediocre at best and the action was pretty bad. On the plus side, the food and service were both exceptional.
I was planning a surprise 35th birthday and within 24 hours of our event , they cancelled it, due to lack of attendance. Well asshat, you should have given me at least 72 hours notice once you monitored your ticket sales because I could have easily rescheduled the event somewhere else. You suck.
I definitely have to agree with some of the other people talking about the food. The show is a good show after all, but yeah...what happened to the food. Ribs are almost the same price of chicken, yet they now charge higher prices for the cover. And now they give you a Pound Cake? Really? I was there yesterday December 26th and apart from our Server Francisco and the show, I could say that is the only thing we could say it was good. Saddly I took my team from my 2 restaurants... The show was fun, but what happened to the food? The first time we went a few years back you'd get ribs and an apple tart with your food, the potatoes were delicious and the chicken was great... BUT NOW? No ribs. No apple tart. The chicken is dry, unseasoned and really fatty (half the chicken was fat). The potato was dry and had no flavor. The tomato soup tasted like it was from a can. And the garlic bread was just Texas toast! What happened? Also, the soda was flat and the water was disgusting. If you want to go and see a g... read more
I have been going to Medival Times on many occasions in the past and I got to say that some things have changed for the worst. I just visited the castle recently and the food have changed. They used to serve ribs and chicken and for desert an apple tart but they don't serve ribs and tart anymore only chicken with potatoes, corn and some pound cake which doesn't taste too good. I used to love the garlic bred they serve with the soup but this time it was served cold and hard. ... See More The show is always the same but I stil... read more
Took students there on a field trip yesterday. It was fun; everyone seemed to enjoy the show. Verdict on the food was mixed. I thought the initial presentation interpreting the code of chivalry as an anti-HIB agenda was preachy and overlong. The chicken was bland, no detectable seasoning at all. The potato was pretty good. That's all I ate. A choice of drink other than soda or water--unsweetened iced tea perhaps--would have been nice.
