Amazing place, we had a great time celebrating my son's 10th birthday. Must say the staff was outstanding and so was the show!!!
We took our grandchildren, both boys, both around 10. You would think they died and went to heaven! I would splurge and upgrade if you can, bring a camera and some extra cash for tips and plan on 3-4 hours of fun.

We went there on Saturday, midway through the show, the power went out and they had to improvise. At the end, the place was all dark and my kids didn't get to meet the princess. It was sad but they had a good time when they were cheering!
Came here Saturday for my husband's birthday outing. We arrived 30 mins late because of the snow but everyone was amazing in getting us in right away. Our server Gina was very friendly and wonderful. The power went out and we weren't able to get our group photo but the photography manager was very helpful and understanding. She gave us t-shirts instead. All in all an amazing experience!!! We will definitely be back!
